We took a mini class in egg coffee ($10x2 booked on Airbnb).
It’s basically exactly what it sounds like. It was purportedly invented when eggs were cheaper than milk (late 1940s). You take egg yolks, a bit of sweetened
condensed milk, salt, sugar, and maybe butter or vanilla and whip it until it's thick. You then add it to coffee. The egg makes a thick foam at the top of the coffee. We then shaped the foam into hearts, flowers and random blobs. Actually, I was shocked how easy it was to make cool designs.
