Kids are out of school and doing different camps. This week is science, next week is cooking for her and science for him, and there will be others including Spanish and swimming. They are now rising 3rd and 5th graders, though Aviva wrote to her teacher thanking her for being her "2th grade teacher."
Aviva and I took ukulele classes from Dave of Octopretzel for a few months.
Maybe we'll continue in the future.
Nana and Papa took the kids to Safari West, a little wildlife and safari park in Santa Rosa. They saw flamingos and foxes and giraffes and hyenas and impala and they loved it.
Aviva had a birthday party two months late.
5 friends came over and they made colored aluminum art and painted pots.
Noah did something he wasn't supposed to and had a punishment, but he thought it
should be cancelled because it was the day of Aviva's party
Aviva still loves her rooom
Aunt Shira gave Noah a magnifying glass/stencil/drawing device.
More experimenting will be done, but Noah will be sure to protect his eyes.

Aviva said, "I'm strong enough to fight a cobra. Or half a cobra. Well, the tail half."
Noah says a lot of things are "sus" which is short for "suspicious" or "suspect." He says the color yellow is totally sus.
We're practicing "R" words nightly; It's hard for him to say words like star, world, hard, perfect. We make up funny sentences to say using our list of R words, like The purple horse in the park has problems tearing apart their yurt and Harry carried the carton of dirty chard to offer the squirrels.
