Shira is here, and we had some adventures. We went to Balandra Beach, where we also went with Nana and Papa, but we explored a new area. Balandra Beach is and inlet on a bay, so the water is very calm. There's almost no waves, and the water is really clear, and the sand is clean. It's really shallow, so you can walk out a hundred meters or more, and it's still shallow. There's also sand banks so sometimes you'll be out 2 hundred meters and the water is suddenly ankle-deep.
We climbed around some rocks (which are conglomerate or aggregate or something, and lots of lava, and is very interesting in itself) and there is a rockier area. Josh snorkled and saw fish and jellyfish, and there are sand dunes that we (mostly Noah) explored, with snake prints and lizard footprints and whatnot. There's a rock that is sort of famous around here, called Piedra Hungo (or something, meaning Mushroom Rock).
On another day we went to a deer farm, where we got to feed some deer. The owner is try to repopulate the endangered wild deer, so they're fenced in and fed (often by hand). There were also horses there and a pool and we spent a couple hours hanging out. Then we went to an unnamed nearby beach with pretty rocks and shells.
