'Viv and her kitty

Aviva is in a rush, and shortens words.
School is cool.
Containters are tainers.
Computers are puters.
Smile is mile.
Snake is nake.
Stove is tove.

She loves to be the caretaking, nurturing mother. She's constantly telling her doll/pig/stuffed kitty, "It's okay, little kitty. It's all okay. You're just fine." (They're all "kitty" -- she calls the pig "kitty" just like everything else.) She also likes to put them to bed and wake them up, "time to go to sleep, little kitty! now wakey wakey, little kitty, it's time to wake up!"

She also doesn't totally understand the concepts of today/tomorrow/yesterday -- she often asks, "is it today now?" And when I mention something that will happen tomorrow, she'll ask if it's today... It is indeed a tricky concept. There's a lullaby we've been listening to in the car called "Lilah tov lullaby" and some of the words are, "when today is yesterday, so tomorrow will be."
